"Rental fees"

"Rental fees" will be arranged in dependence on supply and demand as well as in order to your opportunities of your musical and cultural contribution. We offer accommodation to very special conditions in the context of our supported projects and internship (creative work in house, garden and office).
We are always making an effort to arrange a price of mutual agreement!

The use of rehearsal rooms and music instruments is allowed by arrangement only and possible if no previous reservation of the whole complex was made.
Should you want to make a long-term reservation of the rehearsal rooms, we kindly ask you to book them before reserving any accommodation in order to reach a special agreement.

All accommodations with a kitchen are equipped with a refrigerator, 2-3 electric plates, an oven as well as cooking and eating utensils.
Accommodation no. 1, and 5 have a ventilator and a heating, all other appartments and bungalows are fully air conditioned.
Thanks to an outstanding insulation system, the complex offers a pleasant temperature all year round.
Shared kitchen: washing machine/tumble dryer (small extra charge), electric stove (4 cooking plates + 1 oven), 2 refrigerators, cooking and eating utensils
1-2 bicycles can be put at your disposal by arrangement.Please let me know in advanche.
In the wintertime, satellite TV can be delivered on request.
The TV provided in the common room can be used at any time.
Stereo systems, overhead projectors and home cinema equipments are provided to carry out certain projects.
1 computer with DSL modems as well as a wireless network operating in the major part of the garden are at your disposal.
Car park: 10 shady parking spaces in the garden of the complex
